SUBJECT:       CORRECTION: Listing of Equity Futures on Ardour Global XL Index on NYMEX ClearPort® and CME Globex®

Beginning on Sunday evening, August 19, 2007 (for trade date August 20, 2007), the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. will list a financially settled Equity Index Futures Contract on CME Globex® and NYMEX ClearPort®. The contracts will be based on the Ardour Global XL Index of Equities. The follow are contract specifications:

Monthly Listings:                                 Four Initial months will be listed on a March, June, September, and December cycle beginning with September 2007.

Expiration:                                            Final settlement will be on the third Friday of the Delivery Month. If that Friday is a business holiday, final settlement will occur on the business day immediately prior to the third Friday. Trading on the expiring contract will end as of the close of CME GLOBEX® trading on the evening prior to final settlement.

From 6:00 PM Sundays through 5:15 PM Fridays, Eastern Time, with a 45-minute break each day between 5:15 PM and 6:00 PM.

TESTING AVAILABILITY

This contract is available for customer testing in the Certification environment as of Monday, August 6, 2007. 

ITC 2.1 Ticker Testing will be held on Friday, August 10 and Friday, August 17, 2007 at approximately 5:00 p.m. Central Time.  

MDP Channels

ITC 2.1 market data will be transmitted on Channel 38; RLC market data will be transmitted on Channel 30.
